This Privacy Policy explains how Lanrenshu Technology (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”, or “Tufty”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use the tufty.ai website and the related “Pet Outfit Try-On” services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you confirm that you have read and understood this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

Account information: your email address, name or nickname, login credentials, and any profile details you provide.
Creative inputs: the material you upload or enter in order to generate images or videos, including product images (photos of apparel, footwear, hats, eyewear, collars, and similar goods), pet model images, assets you select from the product library, model library, or template library, together with your “additional details” prompt and generation parameters such as aspect ratio, quality, and number of outputs.
Communications: the content you send us through customer support email or feedback channels.

Please note: if an image you upload contains the likeness of another person (for example, someone pictured alongside the pet), you must ensure you have obtained that person's lawful authorization. Do not upload third-party product images or others' works that you are not entitled to use.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

Usage data: the features you use (such as Pet Outfit Try-On and Image-to-Video), the number of generations and your consumption, template usage, history records, and similar activity logs.
Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, access times, and error logs.
Cookies and similar technologies: used to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and support analytics. See our Cookie Policy for details.

1.3 Payment Information

We process subscriptions and payments through third-party payment providers, including PayPal, WeChat Pay, and Dodo Payments. We do not collect or store your full payment card details. We receive only limited transaction data from these providers — such as order status, the plan purchased, the amount paid, and country or region — in order to activate your entitlements and reconcile accounts.

2. How We Use Information

To provide, operate, and maintain the tufty.ai Services;
To process your outfit try-on image and image-to-video generation requests and return the results to you;
To manage your account, subscription, and generation allowance (credits/usage), and to store and display your history;
To respond to support enquiries, handle feedback, and troubleshoot issues;
To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violating content, and to enforce our Terms of Service;
To analyse usage in aggregate and improve generation quality, the template library, and the overall product experience;
To comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. How Content Generation Works (Third-Party AI Models)

Tufty's image and video generation capabilities are powered by third-party AI model providers. When you submit a generation request, your inputs — including uploaded product images, pet model images, and prompts — are transmitted to the relevant model provider for processing, and the generated result is returned to you. We share only what is necessary to complete that request. Where the model provider supports it, we do not permit your inputs to be used for model training.

4. How We Share Information

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

Payment processing: PayPal, WeChat Pay, Dodo Payments, and similar payment providers process payments; for payments made with Dodo, Dodo Payments handles settlement and invoicing;
Service providers: vendors for cloud hosting, object storage, CDN, analytics, and email delivery, each bound by confidentiality obligations and permitted to process data only on our instructions;
AI model providers: as described in Section 3, to fulfil your generation requests;
Legal requirements: where required by law or by judicial or administrative authorities, or where necessary to protect the rights of us, our users, or the public;
Business transfers: in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction, and this Policy will continue to apply.

5. Cross-Border Transfers

Your information may be stored and processed in China, the United States, and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. Where required by law, we implement appropriate safeguards — such as standard contractual clauses — to protect data transferred across borders.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information, uploaded material, and generated results (including history records) for as long as your account remains active or as long as is necessary to provide the Services. You may delete your material, generated results, or history records within the product at any time. After you close your account, we will delete or anonymise your information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, security, or billing and reconciliation purposes.

7. Information Security

We protect your information using measures including encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege principles, and secure infrastructure. Please understand, however, that no method of transmission or storage over the internet can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure.

8. Your Rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal information, to export your data in a portable format, to object to or restrict our processing, and to withdraw consent previously given.

Users in the EEA/UK: you hold the rights granted under the GDPR and may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority;
Users in mainland China: you hold the rights granted under the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL), including the rights to be informed, to decide, to access and copy, to port, to correct and supplement, to delete, and to close your account.

9. Protection of Minors

The Services are not directed to anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors; if we become aware of such information, we will promptly delete it and close the associated account.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. If the changes are material, we will notify you separately by email or through an in-product notice.
